At The Pretty & Paid Collective, we want you to love your purchase. Because our items are made-to-order, please review the policy below before purchasing.
Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Buyer’s remorse
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the item and issue

Description of the problem
Once verified, we will offer either:

A replacement at no cost

A full refund
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, if your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
